Co-operation with partners

DATA Intertech through its branches and in co-operation with partners is able to provide hardware and software installations, onsite warranty and non warranty repairs and training in the Czech Republic.

DATA Intertech WEB Server – www.intertech.cz offers direct access to technical databases for customers.

System support

DATA Intertech s.r.o. as IBM and Lenovo Service provider offers a wide range of services and software support including warranty services not only for IBM products but as well as for other manufacturers. High technical level of our technicians and sales representatives is increased in IBM, Lenovo, Lotus and Microsoft education programs.
Under special service contract we are able to offer enhanced services and system support called “DATA Hot Line”. This program includes :

  • user and administrator support
  • enhanced “Hot Line” services 24 hours a day
  • standard “Support Line” support during working hours
  • special discounts for service intervention rates
  • service intervention up to 4 hours on site

Solutions for customers are tested within DATA Intertech internal network.
The complete evidence of service interventions is stored in our own aplication Agenda on Lotus Domino Server and it is available for our customers.
DATA Intertech is able to provide employee and administrator training for all of standard system and office software.
